Object: White board on GTA office door
Observations: 1) During the year, this white board (a companion to the one on the 2nd floor) has been gathering responses from graduate students who have offices in ECS. Its most recent question: “What are your summer plans?” 2) Answers range from enjoying media in various forms (“Fortnite,” “Watch Legend of Korra for the 1st time”) to professional plans (“job applications,” “Master’s Project and ChLA,” an academic conference in children’s literature) to life events (“Moving to NY” x 2, “Get married”) to a goal that many of us may be ready to embrace at this time of the academic year: “Radical Rest.” 3) Best wishes to all of our students as they make plans for the summer months ahead!
